The Kind Choice

Well, this is the beginning of a new start. I have officially graduated college and am off to make a new life style and a new me in the process. I recently purchased this book after a friend of mine told me about it. Of course, this was after I begged her to tell me what she was doing. She was about 10 pounds skinner (she completely didn't ned to lose anything, but looks great) and was glowing. Her story was one that was just the start. I had to research it and fell onto a website that was just one of the few. Thekindlife.com is an entire blog by Alicia Silverstone with forums of people following her way of life.
